How it works

Three steps. You stay in control.

  1. 1

    Tell us about the house

Fill out the short form. It takes about two minutes, and we call you to go over the property and what you need.

  2. 2

    Get a straightforward offer

We look at recent sales nearby and the work the house needs, then walk you through exactly how we got to our number.

  3. 3

    Close when you're ready

Closing happens at a licensed Texas title company. Pick a date that works for you, often in as little as two to three weeks.

Questions

Straight answers.

Who are you?

P G Beaty Enterprises LLC is a Texas company that buys houses in the Houston area. We're real estate investors, not licensed real estate agents, and we don't list houses for sale.

How do you come up with your offer?

We look at what similar homes nearby have recently sold for, estimate the repairs the house needs, and account for the costs of buying, fixing, and reselling. We'll show you the numbers.

Am I obligated to anything if I ask for an offer?

No. An offer is just an offer. Nothing is binding until you sign a written purchase agreement.

Will you buy the house yourselves?

Sometimes we close on a property ourselves, and sometimes we assign our purchase contract to another investor we work with. Either way, we'll tell you upfront, it will be stated in writing in the agreement, and your price and terms stay the same.

Where does closing happen?

At a licensed Texas title company. The title company handles the paperwork, pays off any liens, and sends your funds.

What if I owe more than the house is worth or I'm behind on payments?

Reach out anyway. Depending on the situation there may be options other than a cash sale, and we'll be honest if we can't help.
